Find what you want to buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website
Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "electric stoves ") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something you like.
To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:
- image/s of the item
- general information
- pricing and options
- the opportunity to buy the item electronically
- the buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Basket
Add it to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's product information page.
If you can't see an "Add to Shopping Basket" button, it's because the item isn't available from Dixie Products.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "My Cart " in the top right-hand corner of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Check Out " button.
Sign in
Click on "Click here to Register " or "Checkout without registering". The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.
Checkout without registering will bring you right to your billing information.
Checkout with registration allows you to create an account which you may access for later purchases as well as opening up special deals available to registered users only!

Most of our log sets, heaters, and smaller accessories ship for FREE.
Due to the nature of our business, heavier items like grills and fireplaces are shipped via motor freight. If you have selected such an item for purchase, A Dixie Products representative will contact you to arrange all your shipping needs. It is very important that your e-mail and phone number are correct during the checkout process. Motor Freight opens up many more options for our customers as well as providing the best possible care for your new product.

Provide a password and method of payment
Choose a password for your account. Dixie Products will not provide the password for you. You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to make changes to your order and account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.
Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover All orders must be prepaid. We can also arrange purchase via Pay-Pal.
Review and submit your order
Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. A Dixie Products representative will contact you to verify your order and go over your shipping information.
