The 20,000 BTU infrared burner instantly vaporizes drippings for that great charbroiled taste! The 18,000 BTU stainless steel tube burner in conjunction with Broilmasters Charmaster ceramic briquettes provide the perfect balance for the avid griller. Grill body is made from heavy duty cast aluminum with a stainless steel control panel. The two piece stainless steel rod cooking grids supply a generous 442 sq inches of direct cooking surface, and the stainless steel retract-a-rack warming rack adds an additional 253 sq inches, for a total of 695 sq inches of cooking surface. The multi-position stainless steel lid stop allows you to raise and lower the hood for maximum control over heat and smoke. Unit features an electronic ignition for year round instant lighting on one AA battery and a degree calibrated analog temperature gauge that reads from 0-600 degrees Fahrenheit. Stainless steel cart has open back for propane tank storage. We are firm believers that this truly is "The Most Durable Grill Known To Man".
