Dixie Products would like to take this time to address the current COVID-19 outbreak and answer any questions you might have in advance. We want to ensure our customers that we are taking all the necessary steps and establishing guidelines with our employees to provide safety to not only our staff, but also you, our valued customers.

Store Hours, Sales & Service: At this time we are monitoring the situation closely and plan on continuing to operate under normal business hours unless otherwise directed by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Gas service calls as well as garage door installation and service are still available. If a shutdown is necessitated, we will update everyone here on our web site at that time. We offer anyone that does not want to come into the store in person, to contact us by phone and we can help you with any of the services we offer or the products we carry. We understand that despite the current situation, sometimes life and projects most move on, and we are here to help in anyway we can.
Precautions for our Customers & Employees: We are daily screening all of our employees at work for a fever. If a fever is found, they are to report home until further notice. We are regularly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces our customers and employees may come into contact with, as well as our employees work vehicles and equipment. We are encouraging all employees to stay home when not at work and to follow the CDC guidelines for hygiene and safety as well as The World Health Organizations “DO THE FIVE”

- FACE: Don't touch it
- FEET: Stay more than 6ft apart
- FEEL SICK? Stay home
If you are sick, not feeling well or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we respectfully request that you remain at home, postpone your service and not risk potentially exposing others.
Update 3/27/2020
We have updated our store hours and are now open M-F 8:30-5:00 and Sat 9:00-2:00. We are still monitoring the situation, taking safety precautions and continuing to run service calls.
Update 4/7/2020
Effective Fri 4/10/2020 we will make another change to store hours and be open Tues - Fri 9:00-4:00 and Sat 9:00-2:00. On Mondays, the showroom will be closed, however will still will be available for phone calls and to schedule service.
Update 4/29/2020
As an added service, we are offering daily specials on select grill and log set purchases. From sales to drop off, you never have to come into the store and we can handle all transactions over the phone. Free delivery is available on our daily grills specials to our customers in the surrounding area. (Call for more details) We continue to be open Tues - Fri 9:00-4:00 and Sat 9:00-2:00. On Mondays the showroom is still closed, however will still will be available for phone calls, to schedule service and take sales orders.
Update 8/28/2020
We have updated our store hours once again as we move closer to resuming normal operations. Starting Sept 1st our new hours are Tuesday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. On Mondays the showroom will still be closed, however we are still available for phone calls, to schedule service, run service calls and take sales orders. We are still closely monitoring the situation and the requirements of the state of Virginia, taking safety precautions and continuing as close to normal business operations as possible. As per the governor of Virginia, no one will be allowed in the store without a face covering.
Rest assured, we have been serving the community for over 60 years and plan on continuing to do so for many, many more. As a locally run small business, we encourage everyone to continue to safely support ALL local small businesses as these types of business face the greatest impact from this outbreak.
We would also like to take this time to bow our heads in a moment of silence for all those that have been lost, all those who will be lost and to all who have either tested positive or are recovering around the world. Everyone has a part to play in bringing this under control. We ask everyone to exercise good judgment, but most importantly, be good to everyone, especially those in need.
